As autumn unfolds and the Hunter’s Moon rises, nature invites us to slow down, reflect, and prepare for a new season. Traditionally associated with gathering wisdom and releasing what no longer serves us, the Hunter’s Moon reminds us that every season offers an opportunity for growth, renewal, and transformation.
Join us for a deeply restorative 90-minute journey inspired by the ancient giant sequoias—some of the oldest and most resilient living beings on Earth. Standing tall through centuries of storms, fire, and changing seasons, these magnificent trees remind us that true strength comes from staying deeply rooted while continuing to reach toward the light.
We’ll begin our evening with an optional Blue Tea ritual, a vibrant caffeine-free blend of butterfly pea flower, blue lotus flower, lemongrass, chamomile, cinnamon, clove, and fennel. Revered for centuries, blue lotus has been used to encourage relaxation, meditation, and a peaceful, dreamlike state, creating the perfect transition into an evening of stillness and self-discovery.
Through gentle breathwork, immersive guided imagery, soothing sound healing, aromatherapy, and the supportive energy of crystals, you’ll journey beneath the towering canopy of the giant sequoias, where filtered moonlight, whispering branches, and the quiet rhythm of the forest become powerful reminders of resilience, patience, and trusting your own path.
