Anna found her way to yoga during the pandemic through a group challenge that was meant to keep her moving—and it did! But it also did something unexpected: it helped Anna slow down, turn inward, and sparked a curiosity that led her to dive deeper into the teachings of yoga.

That journey led Anna to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Uttara Yoga Studio and begin sharing the magic of yoga with others.

With over five years of personal practice and a background in teaching group fitness since 2020, Anna loves creating classes that help people connect to themselves through mindful movement and breath. Whether you’re flowing through postures or simply sitting in stillness, Anna’s goal is to hold a space where you can feel grounded, empowered, and fully present.

When Anna is not teaching or on her mat, you’ll probably find Anna outside working in her yard, hiking local trails, crafting something creative, reading a good book, or soaking up time with her family.

Anna believes yoga is for every body, and every journey begins exactly where you are. She can’t wait to meet you on the mat!
