Embark on a journey to not only learn more about the nervous system but also experience a variety of practices to help build regulation and resiliency. These practices are designed to help build vagal tone and flexibility, interoceptive awareness, improve neuroception, and generally support you on your life journey.
This series will explore the use of yoga, breath work, meditation, sound/vibration, journaling and creative movement/play as avenues of expression that can assist us as we navigate the fluid and ever-changing waters of life.
