Curious about yoga? Or looking to refine your personal practice? This four-week series is designed for beginners or anyone looking to reconnect with yoga fundamentals. Through movement, breath work, and reflection, you’ll explore yoga philosophy, building blocks and core poses, and how to cultivate mental and physical balance—both on and off the mat. Each session includes elements of education, guided breathing, and gentle yoga sequences. No experience necessary. Drop-ins are welcome; join for the full series or come when you can.
