Are you curious about yoga but not sure where to begin? Or do you feel like you could use a refresher for a more grounded personal practice?

This four-week series is designed for beginners, or anyone looking to reconnect with the fundamentals of yoga, in a supportive, inclusive space.

Through movement, breath work, and reflection, you’ll learn yoga philosophy, building blocks and fundamentals of core poses, and how to cultivate mental and physical balance both on and off the mat.

Each session includes components of education, guided breathing practices, and gentle yoga sequences.

You’ll also gain tools to connect with your body, quiet your mind, and build a solid foundation for continued practice.

No prior experience is necessary. Modifications and support are offered for all bodies and abilities. Come as you are—start where you are.

$80 for the series 4-week series; $25 to drop in per class
