Join us for this 6 week pre-natal series. Classes combine movement, meditation, and deep relaxation with the goal of helping the expectant parent find relaxation and calm, connect with baby, and find the strength within to deal with the everyday stresses that come with our busy lives.
This series provides a wonderful way to connect with other birthing parents, share experiences, and create community. Classes are designed to help you relax and strengthen your rapidly changing body as you become present with your experience. Each class is different as we will address specific issues and concerns based on the groups’ needs.
