June 3, 10, 17, 24 — Tuesdays 5:30 – 7:00pm
The ancient text of the Yoga Sutras are attributed to the sage Patanjali. The sutras comprise the foundational principles of Yoga theory, philosophy, and practice. In this series of four classes we will learn what the Yoga Sutras tell us about the nature of the universe, our minds, and our experiences in this life. We will explore the obstacles to happiness, and how to deal effectively with them by following the eight-limbed path of Patanjali.
$80 for the 4-week series; $25 to drop in weekly
