Reconnect with your post-baby body through breathwork and gentle, strength-building yoga poses designed to support your recovery and renewal. This class focuses on core awareness, pelvic floor engagement, and mindful movement to help you regain strength and stability. While this is not a formal “baby & me” class, precrawlers are welcome to join you near your mat when child care is not an option.
