Ninette’s class isn’t your standard yoga class. Sure, there’s yoga—but there are also balls, straps, and other fun little toys to dig deep, hit the spots you didn’t even know needed love, and unlock your body like it’s been hiding the secrets to happiness in your hamstrings.
Every week, we’re flipping the script. One week, it’s all about the upper body—think shoulders, neck, and back (aka where you’re carrying all that stress and bad posture). The next? It’s time to hit the lower body—hips, glutes, hamstrings, calves… and yes, your poor overworked feet.
This ain’t your sister’s yoga. It’s real, raw, and refreshingly unapologetic. We’re here to play, laugh, maybe curse a little (okay, maybe a lot when those balls dig in), and explore movement in ways that actually make life better—whether you’re crushing it at the gym, sitting at a desk all day, or just trying to get through life without feeling like the Tin Man.
