Ashtanga yoga is a methodology for the unfolding of self-awareness. In the tradition of yoga, this practice of purification illuminates the mind and strengthens the body. The eight-limbed path described in the Yogasutra offers a structure for practice as an enduring container through which we come to know ourselves. All levels of experience are welcome in this fun and energizing four-week series with Wendi Wagner, RYT 500.
