At some point, it becomes too much to keep carrying in the same way.

This 4-week series is a guided return to your body. Not through force or pushing, but in a way your system can actually receive and respond to.

Each session is guided through silent headphones, creating a more personal and contained experience.

  • Hear every cue clearly
  • Stay inward without distractions
  • Move at your own pace while still feeling supported

This allows your body to settle more easily and go deeper without overwhelm.

🌊 What to Expect Each Week

Each 90-minute session is designed to gently guide your system out of constant activation and into a more regulated, supported state.

We move in layers so your body has time to open, process, and integrate.

You will experience

🌬️ Elemental rhythm breathing

Helps your system settle and find a steady pace

🎧 Guided breathwork journey with music (through headphones)

Allows you to fully drop in, follow each cue clearly, and stay connected to your internal rhythm

🤲 EFT tapping

Supports emotional release and creates space where there has been holding

🛌 Sound Bath Integration (deep rest)

Lie down and receive

During the sound bath, you will receive the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and drums while your body integrates the breathwork a little longer. This is where things start to slow down, settle, and gently reorganize from within.

🧺 What to Bring

  • Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
  • Blanket or shawl and a pillow
  • Journal and pen

Optional grounding items, or personal objects

I support individuals in regulating their nervous system, finding clarity in their voice, and moving through life with more ease.

My work blends yogic practices with modern, science-backed approaches including breathwork, sound healing, and gentle re-patterning. The intention is to create a space that feels steady, safe, and real so your body can shift in a way that lasts.

You do not have to keep carrying everything the same way.
