Where movement meets radiance; a blend of vinyasa and face yoga.
Take time for yourself this February and melt away tension and stress in your face and body. This workshop will blend a short vinyasa flow with face massage, posture exercises, and lymphatic drainage to help you feel beautiful inside and out.
The class will be led by Cortney Mustard, certified RYT-200 instructor, who’s been teaching yoga for 5 years and has a passion for movement and wants to teach others all natural ways they can improve puffiness, wrinkles, face symmetry and more.
