Throughout the weekend, you will cultivate a deeper awareness of your energy body through an experiential and fun art project by drawing a life-sized portrait of your body while exploring the Nadis, Chakras, Vayus, Bandhas, and Koshas.
This unique workshop combines art, yogic theories, mantra, meditation, and mudras for each of the above yogic concepts. By illustrating your own personal representation of your energetic body on paper, you will be able to easily tune into the esoteric energies flowing through your own system.
This workshop weaves all the weekend’s studies together through an Ayurvedic lens and you will leave with a work of art that is unique to you.
This workshop is being offered as part of our 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, and also as a stand-alone session open to all yoga instructors. Twelve continuing education units (CEUs) are offered through Yoga Alliance.
