Her classes are soulful, grounding, and full of heart—crafted to help you embrace authenticity and find peace through movement, mindfulness, and meditation.

Tuscany’s journey with yoga began over a decade ago during a time of grief, anxiety, and depression. Through community and connection, she found a safe space to be her truest self—and now she’s here to offer that same nurturing space to you.
