Sally Wesley
E-RYT 500, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach
Sally found inspiration from her very first yoga class. She began a continuous quest for knowledge by completing over 500 hours of yoga teacher training at Uttara, and a 300 hour Ayurvedic Studies Program with Katie Silcox at Shakti School. Her goal was to deepen her understanding of health and wellness from a more holistic viewpoint. As she began to embrace yoga and Ayurveda, her passion for teaching grew. She found the most important aspects to be the desire for self-realization, the personal responsibility to love and care for one’s self, the importance of our connections to each other, the world and the universe at large.
Sally believes yoga can teach everyone the relationship between body, mind and spirit. She believes central to that union is the breath in all of its power. She enjoys teaching to both children and adults, beginners and advanced students and appreciates the way the principles of yoga apply to everyone in all situations. She has experience teaching yoga and mindfulness to help overcome addiction, to help manage mental health, as well as helping athletes explore their edge to experience freedom and release.
Sally is currently registered with Yoga Alliance. She looks forward to sharing her passion with you.
