Mindful Yoga invites grounding through a shorter gentle yoga practice followed by a variety of practices like Yoga Nidra, guided breath awareness, guided relaxation, and instruction in accessible mindfulness techniques of Shinzen Young and Unified Mindfulness. Each session will end with a mindfulness approach to help you find a deeper sense of self, stillness, and equanimity.
